ICMS offers delivery and/or pick up only from the Manly campus library. Please choose your preferred delivery method at checkout. 

Returns Policy

Should you be unsatisfied with any of your purchases made from our online store, please:

Return the product in the same condition as received, along with ALL packaging and accompanied with a note as to reason for return.

Clearly state all details of purchase along with a copy of the original invoice issued at the time of purchase.

We are unable to refund any item returned without full packaging and proof of purchase.

Once returned goods have been received by our online store and processed,  a credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned product,. (excluding postage and handling).

Exchange of faulty goods

Please note returns policy above. In the event of faulty goods, and the replacement will be shipped via freight, at no charge, within 7 days of receipt of faulty goods.
